If you're new to the area, working with different companies in temporary positions will help you learn your way around and gain exposure to some of our clients. “Trying on” different jobs and companies before making a permanent career or employer decision can help you make a better choice. Ambassador Temporaries meet people who become friends or conduits to other jobs. You'll keep skills sharp and gain exposure to different types of work. Extension, curtailments & offers for permanent employment need to be referred directly to your recruiter. Sometimes an assignment will be extended or cut short. We'll keep you informed of any changes in scheduling. Should a client approach you with changes, ask them to contact us, even if they have discussed the changes with you. If a client offers you a permanent position, remind them that you are an employee of Renaissance Personnel Group and ask them to speak with us about hiring you. Guidelines to Ensure Your SuccessA great attitude, professional conduct and good job performance will greatly increase your chances of being considered for present or future opportunities with our clients. PUNCTUALITY: Be on time. Allow extra time on your first day. Please notify us if you will be late or absent from an assignment. If you must schedule time away from your assignment, please be sure it is convenient for our client and above all keep us informed. ATTIRE: Business professional attire is recommended. This includes suit, slacks or dresses, closed-toed shoes, socks or stockings, pressed shirts and ties. Do not wear jeans or shorts. PERSONAL COMMUNICATION: Turn pagers, cell phones and headphones off while working. Make personal calls only on your break. Check phone messages at lunchtime away from your desk. Do not log into your personal email account while at your computer. PERSONAL INFORMATION: Be discreet when sharing personal information. Avoid inappropriate or controversial topics.
