		<description>Holly, it gladdens my heart to see some &#039;survivors&#039; like you who still believe in age old but solid principles like &#039;treat others the way......&#039; for one. It seems to me that as soon as one gains some kind of authority, one promptly forgets that one stood at the same steps on the ladder only a short while ago where others are inching their way up now. Your advice to job seekers about aggressive networking is valuable. As you said, its important for job seekers to understand that a perfect resume is just a beginning and ultimately the employers would decide after having a look at the real product - the applicant him/herself. Good advice. Thanks.</description>

I think in my own personal quest for a life/work happiness balance I have found this Golden Rule to be the most important. (Well that and never place a bet with a man that has the same name as a city, yea you Cleveland)

But all joking aside if everyone would just step out of their shoes and imagine what it feels like on the other side (of the tracks, of the coin, of the fence) that could be something...</description>
