We are looking to hire several Accounting Assistants for a reputable insurance company located in Scottsdale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review back up statements
  • Assist with commission process for late payments
  • Follow up on outstanding client receivables
  • Initiating and processing bank wire and deposits
  • Compile electronic files for client groups

1 year of work experience in administrative support, accounting support, finance or data entry is required. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.

 
Direct Hire Position

$48,000 – $50,000 DOE + Full Benefits
