Administrative Assistant needed to provide clerical support for Phoenix company.
- Work with vendors and customers (calls, emails, in person)
- Coordinate with various departments for service needs
- Complete various projects such as preparing contracts, collecting insurance info, and compiling information packets
- Data entry and record management – ensure contact list is accurate and update information in records as needed
- Support management in the day-to-day operations and complete misc. tasks / projects as assigned
