Job Description

Searching for a Construction Superintendent with experience working in commercial construction to join a Phoenix general contractor. This firm works on commercial projects in the healthcare, manufacturing, and other business sectors on both new build and tenant improvements. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of commercial construction.

Provide oversight to field operators, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the site work is completed correctly, on time, and within budget
Ensure the appropriate supplies ordered for projects are delivered on site and in accurate quantities
Monitor site safety and worker compliance

$80,000 – $100,000 DOE
