Job Description

Searching for a Construction Superintendent with experience working in the commercial construction sector to join a rapidly growing Phoenix based general contractor. Experience working with tenant improvements and new builds for projects including multi-family housing, schools, churches, office buildings, medical offices, and assisted living is extremely valuable.

Provide oversight to field operators, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the site work is completed correctly, on time, and within budget
Manage operator schedules and ensure timely completion of field work
Ensure the appropriate materials are procured for projects are delivered on site and in accurate quantities
Monitor site safety and worker compliance

$80,000 – $105,000 DOE
