We are searching for a Corporate Recruiter with a background in healthcare recruiting to manage all internal recruiting functions for the corporate office and office locations in the Valley.

The Recruiter meets with hiring managers to understand job specifications and ensure an aligned recruiting strategy, advertises positions, sources and screens qualified candidates, interviews, negotiate offers, and completes onboarding. This role will utilize online recruiting resources, an applicant tracking system, and proactive networking with industry contacts to source both active and passive candidates.

In addition to staffing healthcare specific roles (nurses and behavioral health technicians), this role will also work on a full range of hiring needs including clerical, administrative, operations personnel, executive, and other skilled professional roles. 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting
  • Healthcare recruiting experience required
  • Must have experience working in an HRIS
  • Must have understanding of federal and state employment law

$90,000+ 
Salary range is open to experience!
