Searching for an experienced General Manager / Operations Manager to join a commercial construction company in Phoenix with overall responsibility for strategic planning, growth and management of this division.

Seeking 10+ years previous experience in Project Management working with new builds and tenant improvements for commercial projects.

Provide oversight to project managers and field teams
Vet potential vendors for stability, quality, and pricing
Control budget components and project costs
Develop solutions for scheduling concerns and changing workloads
Prepare scopes of work for project bids
Build relationships with clients
Manage business growth plan
