Job Description

The Human Resource Business Partner will play an integral part in business growth and employee relations for a national healthcare company with their corporate office in Scottsdale. Working with executives and other members of the Human Resources team in creating solid HR infrastructure by developing core processes and implementing HR policies. This role will provide employee relations support, training and compliance as part of the management of comprehensive HR functions to various clinic locations throughout the U.S.

  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resource generalist or business partner experience
  • Experience working in Healthcare is valuable but not required
  • PHR or SPHR Certification is preferred
  • Experience advising on complicated Employee Relations issues
  • Experience developing HR strategy in line with business needs
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong conflict negotiation skills; able to influence, deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal, customer service, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-starter, motivated, organized, detail-oriented

$90,000 – $110,000 DOE
