We are searching for a Recruiter to join a global technology manufacturing company. Must have experience working in high-volume recruiting and be comfortable making outbound calls to recruit candidates.
The Recruiter will meet with hiring managers to understand job specifications and ensure an aligned recruiting strategy, advertise positions, source and screen qualified candidates, interview, negotiate offers, and complete the onboarding process. This role will utilize online recruiting resources, an applicant tracking system, and proactive networking with industry contacts to source both active and passive candidates. Candidates must have agility working with technology tools and databases and the ability to learn new software.
Hybrid Work Arrangement – On-site in Tempe Offices / Work from Home
This is an on-going temporary assignment that is expected to last 6-9 months.
